The garage floor
that outlasts the slab.
Diamond-ground. Polyaspartic. Installed in one day. Backed by a transferable lifetime warranty. Oakville-owned, serving Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, and Ancaster.
Most garage floor coatings fail within 3 years.
Acid-etched substrates, standard epoxy, thin topcoats — pulled up by hot tires and winter salt. We fix that with diamond-grind prep, polyaspartic chemistry, and a warranty that transfers to the next homeowner.
Polyaspartic bonds chemically into the concrete. Park on it the day after install — no lift, no peel.
We diamond-grind to a CSP-2/3 profile and moisture-test before every pour. No acid. No gambling.
Aliphatic polyaspartic topcoat — UV stable, optically clear, won't amber through a bay-door opening.
Four systems. One crew. One warranty.

Verified reviews from GTA West.
"Three quotes came in between $8K and $14K. Ironside was the highest and the only one that moisture-tested. Two years in, no hot-tire marks. Worth it."
"Truck off the floor at 8, crew gone by 5, parked on it Tuesday. They sent photos of every step. Best contractor experience I've had in twenty years of home ownership."
"Salam showed up for the consult in a clean truck with a sample kit. Explained why he wouldn't do acid etch. That's the moment I signed. Floor's flawless eighteen months later."
What homeowners ask before booking.
How long does an Ironside floor take to install?+
One day for a standard 2-car garage. Grinding starts at 8am, final topcoat lays down around 3pm, walkable by 6pm, parkable the next morning. For 3-car garages or heavy prep, we schedule one and a half days.
Is polyaspartic really better than epoxy?+
For cure speed, UV stability, and hot-tire resistance, yes. For raw chemical resistance, it's a wash. We install both — we'll recommend epoxy when it's the right call.
What does "lifetime warranty" actually cover?+
The coating system itself — adhesion, delamination, hot-tire pickup, UV yellowing. Transferable one time to a subsequent homeowner. Full written document handed over at project close.
Do you acid-etch?+
No. Acid weakens the top layer of concrete and traps moisture vapor under the coating. Every floor we install is diamond-ground to CSP-2 or CSP-3.
Do you service my city?+
We're Oakville-based and service Burlington, Milton, Hamilton, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, and West Mississauga. Outside this radius we'll refer you to a vetted partner.
Can I see samples before I commit?+
Yes — every in-home consult includes a physical sample kit with the 8 most-requested flake blends. You pick the floor with your actual lighting and cabinetry in view.
